Packaging

Your purchase will be shipped in environmentally friendly packaging. We care about the environment!

According to ZERO WASTE movement, we pack our goods in paper and cardboard products. We do not use foil, fillers or foil envelopes, and the paper is printed on both sides. Be eco friendly!

Shipping methods

Deliveries to the European Union are managed by our affiliate couriers DHL, DPD, Fedex and UPS. All shipments sent by STEPBYPET.PL are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance coverage ceases once the shipment and a written acknowledgement of receipt have been received.

Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In the case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, 8:00 am until 4:00 pm CET, from Monday to Friday. Kindly note that we do not operate on Polish public holidays. Your order will be ready for dispatch 1-3 business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest. If this were to differ for your order, we will inform you at checkout.

Delivery

During special promotions and sale offers delivery time may be longer.

Please, note that the customer is responsible for any customs fees applied on international shipments.
